Regret 可以当名词用，也可以当动词用。Regret 当名词用时，意思为「后悔」，而且通常是复数，也就是要加上 s ，变成 Regrets。

例： She left her job with no regrets. 她毫无后悔的离职了。

例： Do you have any regrets about the things you did? 你对你的所作所为感到后悔吗？

如果 Regret 当成名词用了，通常可以加上 about ，代表后悔的那一件事。

例： I have no regrets about resigning. 我毫无后悔的离职。

Regret 后面也可以加上动名词，也就是 Ving 的形式，代表着你后悔做过什么事。
