主题明确，逻辑清楚，过度自然，注重互动，开头提问，抑扬顿挫，语言流畅—— 用英文做好PPT展示，我想这些是基本的元素。 但从PPT本身来看，图文并茂，语言简洁，是基本要求。 如果再要求高一些，我想用的图和主题以及所讲的内容完全符合，并能很好地衬托出主题至关重要。从图的清晰程度而言， 我一般选用高清的大图，这个图一定是有故事的，甚至不用语言，观众一看就能产生联想，那么这张PPT基本成功了，再加上简洁的语言，则显得更有张力。 PPT切忌大段的文字，特别是演讲类的PPT，则更不能放太多文字。 PPT整体的逻辑性也很关键。每一张漂亮的PPT如果没有有效地联系起来，那么就容易让观众糊涂。PPT本身的逻辑关联很重要。 PPT预演很重要。在正式讲之前，一定要反复多练习几次。其实在一遍一遍彩排的时候，也是不断发现问题，不断完善的时候，自然也是熟悉PPT的时候。因此很多遍练习之后，在正式演讲时，对PPT的把控和解读会游刃有余。 解读PPT，而不是照着PPT念。PPT充其量就是一个工具，不能因为这个工具影响了演讲本身，与其那样，不如不做PP。
