其实很简单，主要是 on 和 at 的区别，用不着长篇大论地论证。on 表示在 ... 面上，强调的是 “面”；at 表示在 ... 位置上，强调的是 “点”。所以，on the top of ... 指在 ... 顶部的平面上，at the top of ... 指在 ... 顶端的位置上。
