分类: 教育/科学 >> 外语学习 问题描述: 我查到了好几个,不知道哪个合适 Legal person/juridical person /fictitious person /artificial person /当然有可能上面的都不对..解析: ，“企业法人”是指能以自己名义享有民事权利，承担民事义务的企业组织。并不是指自然人。 然而查阅了一些资料，发现《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》的英文为REGULATIONS OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA FOR CONTROLLING THEREGISTRATION OF ENTERPRISES AS LEGAL PERSONS haolawyer/law/view?id=38050 而另外一处，企业法人资格公证书格式范本中，又将“具有法人资格”译为accept corporate status vc0012_99 从企业法人的定义理解，legal person并不确切，但综合诸多资料发现官方亦采纳这个看似照字直译的译法。
