有用sentence的，不过好像只用在死刑的时候才这样用吧。比如说he was sentenced to death.宣判我在电影里有见过用announcing someone not guilty/guilty.的用法。也曾在书上见过declare 的用法，如：I'm here now declare John not guilty.至于innocent，有无罪的意思，但用在法律上，好像是用not guilty比较正式些。参考一下吧～

Sentence someone innocent/guilty 宣判某人无罪/有罪无罪就是无辜，一般使用innocent这个词。

无罪推定（Presumption of innocence）：是指任何人在法院依法判决有罪之前，应被推定无罪。有罪推定（Presumption of guilt）：主要是指未经司法机关依法判决有罪，对刑事诉讼过程中的被追诉人，推定其为实际犯罪人。

无罪推定原则（presumption of innocence），意指“未经审判来证明有罪确定之前，优先推定被控告者无罪”
