外贸合同价格英文

价格条款:买方允许的价格从卖方确认之日起的存款收据到5天前到达卸货港的金额;全是由于卖方临时发票支付三天前到达卸货港如果买方无法价格在4天前到达卸货港,最后定价时间不得超过15个工作日内到达destinaton后,卖方有权取消订单和费用扣除押金如果买方未能履行任何的付款卖方的销售订单。

The buyer is allowed to price out from the date when the seller confirms the receipt of deposit to 5 days prior to the arrival of the the Discharge Port ; 在卖方确认收到定金，货物到达目的港前5天买方可以定价。full amount on the Seller's Provisional invoice is due to pay 3 days prior to the arrival of the Discharge Port if the buyer is unable to price out within 4 days prior to the arrival of the discharge port ,and last pricing time must not excess 15 working days after the arrival at destinaton . 如果买方不能再货物到达目的港前4天定价，卖方将在货物到达前三天完全根据临时发票的金额支付，最迟定价时间不能于货物到港后的第15个工作日。The seller reserves the right to cancle the order and deduct any charges from the deposit if the buyer fails to carry out any of the payment term on the seller's sales order.如果买方不能按照卖方销售合同中的任何一条支付条款，卖方将保留取消订单或从定金中扣款的权利。
