冰墩墩（英文：Bing Dwen Dwen），是2022年北京冬季奥运会的吉祥物。将熊猫形象与富有超能量的冰晶外壳相结合，头部外壳造型取自冰雪运动头盔，装饰彩色光环，整体形象酷似航天员。
冰墩墩寓意创造非凡、探索未来，体现了追求卓越、引领时代，以及面向未来的无限可能。“冰”象征纯洁、坚强，是冬奥会的特点。“墩墩”意喻敦厚、敦实、可爱，契合熊猫的整体形象，象征着冬奥会运动员强壮有力的身体、坚韧不拔的意志和鼓舞人心的奥林匹克精神。
确立历程：
2018年8月8日，北京冬奥会和冬残奥会吉祥物全球征集启动仪式举行；10月20日，吉祥物全球征集设计方案进入交稿阶段，征集活动历时84天，共收到设计方案5816件。
2019年4月12日，北京冬奥组委邀请全国及北京市、河北省人大代表、政协委员，全国总工会、共青团中央、全国妇联、中国残联的代表，以及运动员、大中小学生和相关企业等社会各界代表，对设计方案进行评议。
2019年8月，“冰墩墩”的设计团队专门到四川卧龙大熊猫自然保护区，实地考察熊猫的形体和姿态，完善设计细节。北京冬奥组委上报北京冬奥会工作领导小组吉祥物候选方案，确定最终方案。
2019年9月17日晚，冰墩墩（Bing Dwen Dwen）正式对外发布。
