officer：a person in a position of command in the armed forces，a person who has a position of authority in an organization，a form of address for a member of the police force。更多地指长官，行政长官，军官等那些等级较高的官员。强调在机构中拥有权力职位的人，不仅仅指政府部门，还可以在公司，军队等。official：a person who holds a position of responsibility，especially one who acts in a subordinate capacity for an institution such as a corporation or governmental agency。是指供职于公共职能部门的人员。更多是指普通官员，公务员等。personnel：The body of persons employed by or active in an organization, business, or service，是员工、职员、人事的意思，跟staff一样都可翻译为职员。memeber：someone or something that belongs to or is a part of a group or an organization crew：A group of people working togetherstaff：A group of assistants to a manager, an executive, or another person in authority，直译为工作人员，制作人员，且是个统称，一般用复数形式staffs。(staff) turnover 人员流动employee：直译为雇员的意思，说更明确的就是合同工inspectorate：视察人员(总称); 视察团
