1、WMS-仓库管理系统

仓库管理系统是通过入库业务、出库业务、仓库调拨、库存调拨和虚仓管理等功能，综合批次管理、物料对应、库存盘点、质检管理、虚仓管理和即时库存管理等功能综合运用的管理系统，有效控制并跟踪仓库业务的物流和成本管理全过程，实现完善的企业仓储信息管理。

2、ERP-企业资源计划

ERP 是由美国计算机技术咨询和评估集团 Gartner Group Inc 提出的一种供应链的管理思想。企业资源计划是指建立在信息技术基础上，以系统化的管理思想，为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。

3、CRM-客户联系管理

客户联系管理是为设计、部署和管理客户服务中心所提供的一个强有力的联系管理中间件。CCM中间件为每个客户联系匹配适当的话务员和适当的应用程序，从而确保快速、可靠的客户服务。

4、CT（Combined Transport）-联合运输
