4、结束语：指正文下面的结束客套话。常用Yours sincerely，Yours ever，或者Yours 或Yours truly，Truly Yours等。
5、签名：指发信人的签名，写在结束语的下面。
6、注意：地址是从小到大，日期可以是日-月-年，也可以是月-日-年。例如：30 Nanjing Road。
