Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. Research e_perience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and e_perience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

转专业面试常见问题
转专业面试是自主转专业的第二个流程，一般来说在第一学期成绩达到转入学院的要求之后，1：1.2的比例获得面试资格。下面我给大家带来转专业面试常见问题，欢迎大家阅读。
一、请简单做一下自我介绍 准备“自我介绍”时要注意几个问题：
1)介绍内容为：姓名、学院及专业、籍贯、期末成绩名次、兴趣及获得的荣誉。
2)时间以两分钟内为宜。
3)核心是用事实、数据证明自己优秀，不要出现诸如“我很能干、很优秀”等笼统地自我吹嘘的字眼。
4)不要提及一些消极的、负面的信息。如说自己动手能力不强等。
5)要把经过反复修改好的脚本烂熟于胸。
6)口齿清晰，语速适中，声音响亮，语气平和，充满自信。
二、谈谈转入本专业的理由
1)对本专业的发展前景、就业前景看好。 2)更符合自己的人生规划，实现人生价值。
3)对本专业的基础课有扎实的基础，如数学是最喜爱的科目，英语基础扎实并在快班学习，对计算机编程悟性好等。
4)对专业课有浓厚的兴趣，自己的擅长与专业要求相一致等。如善于制图，擅长空间想象等。
注意：一定不能贬低要转出的专业，也不要贬低自己在学习原专业方面的能力，但可以说对它兴趣不浓;相对而言，指出要转入的专业更适合自己。重点放在对要转入专业的阐述上。
三、转入新专业后既要学习新课又要补修一些基础课，你准备怎么把成绩赶上去
1)把更多的时间和精力放到学习上。可以适当辞去一些课外兼职，也可以更充分地利用双休日和节假日进行学习。

四、谈谈对要转入的专业的认识
面试之前，要对所转专业有比较全面的了解，包括该专业的培养目标、就业去向和主要课程。多去浏览所转学院的'网络主页可以帮助你快速有效地了解这个专业。
这是我这几天面试过程中遇到的问题，会计人员在应聘财会类职位的时候，一般都有五部分内容：
第一，3分钟的自我介绍。一定要突出自己的优点。
第二，个人资料的询问及核查。主管会就你的个人求职简历问一些相关问题，大多都围绕你的简历来问，所以面试前一定要好好看看自己的简历。
第三，专业知识和技能的考核。问题大部分就跟上面我列举的差不多，一般不会出很刁钻的问题，具备会计基础知识就可以应对。
第四，心理及素质方面的考核。主管会假设一些问题让你回答，还有一些测试心理的问题。比如今天这家公司问我，当你闭上眼睛，你脑海中会浮现平静的海面还是万马奔腾?说明理由。这个就没有准确的答案了，只要你的解释是合理的就没有问题。
第五，面试结束，他会让你做一个自我评价，评价自己对本次的面试是否满意。然后面试官会指出你本次面试的优缺点，然后告诉你几天内会通知你是否通过面试。

相关的积极的多说些就可以了，但是注意一定不能贬低一个行业，也就是不能说化学不好，只是相对你来说，更适合金融行业。这样比较好。
