怎样做才能成为一名优秀的幼儿教师呢？一、教育中要有爱心、耐心、责任心。

最有效的教育方法莫过于是利用我们的爱。

希望获得教师的爱是每个幼儿的心理需要，爱是一种强而有力的教育力量，能够发挥任何教育手段所不能发挥的作用。

记得在我的班中就有这样一个孩子：他十分淘气、错误常犯、是非不断。

对他的反叛我曾经一筹莫展，可是自从有一次，在我发糖果的时候，将多出的一颗送给他，还微笑地说：“老师爱你，所以多送你一粒”。

他出乎意料地接过糖，高兴地对同伴说：“老师爱我哦！”从那以后，他变得乖巧伶俐，还时常引以自豪地说：“老师爱我的！”在那一刻我才发现，老师的爱对小朋友是如此重要。

一个成功的幼儿教师要善于在教育中利用爱。

这种爱是一种广泛的无选择性的爱，不仅要爱漂亮的孩子，也要爱丑陋的孩子；不仅要爱聪明的爱，也要爱迟钝的孩子；不仅要爱听话的孩子，也要爱淘气的孩子。

每个孩子都应该得到老师的爱。

但是仅有爱心是不够的，还要有耐心。

孩子的理解、思维能力和接受能力是有限的，在教他们的时候，很多事情是要反复去做的，很多话也是要不断重复的。

比如：一些很简单的事，见到老师要问好、不要随便丢玩具、上课讲话要举手等等。

这些事情都很琐碎，每天都要强调，不要觉得烦，这就是孩子的天性。

孩子的自我控制能力差，只有老师多督促，才能让他们养成良好的生活、卫生习惯。

我觉得在工作中，责任心也是很重要的。

幼儿教师有她工作的特殊性，不仅要教给孩子们知识，而且要关注孩子们的饮食起居。

要照顾好每一个孩子，不仅仅是在嘴上说的，要体现在日常的生活中。

多关心孩子和他们沟通，了解他们的想法，才能正确的引导他们。

二、玩乐中要有童心。

童心是教师通往每个孩子心灵世界的桥梁。

一个失去了童心的教师不可能理解儿童、了解儿童的心理。

一位好的幼儿园教师往往是幼儿的“忘年交”，是幼儿群体中的一分子。

他们保持一颗纯真的童心，积极参与孩子们的各种活动，和他们一起游戏、讲故事、说悄悄话。

在这种平等的关系中，教师就能够和幼儿之间产生情感上的交流，就会在幼儿内心引起“共鸣”，同时教师也会在生活中发现每一个孩子身上的闪光点，从而更加爱孩子，由此，教师的教育工作就有了良好的基础。

看一个人是否有童心，我认为不是光看她能否和孩子打成一片，是不是成功的开展了各种各样的活动，更重要的是看你是否能站在孩子的立场上来看待一件看似简单，而又复杂的事情。

如新小班的孩子，他们连吃饭都不会，这就需要你的童心，需要老师带着“童心”去鼓励孩子。

三、生活中要有尊重幼儿的心。

每个个体都有尊严，幼儿也是如此。

虽然他们年龄尚幼，可他们也有强烈的自尊心。

作为成人应该尊重幼儿的个性发展，用欣赏的目光去关注每一个幼儿。

如有的年龄小的幼儿经常会尿湿裤子。

我们发现这类情况后，不仅应该立刻给孩子换上干净的衣裤，而且还要考虑到幼儿的自尊心，不要当众斥责，要避开众人换洗衣裤，并找原因。

从而为孩子树立做人的自信和尊严。

又例如我们在写家园联系册的时候，不应直接给孩子套上这样那样的头衔，应用婉转的鼓励的语气让家长知道孩子的近况，这样做不仅孩子幼小的心灵不会被打击到，而且家长的心里也不会难受。

我认为在一日生活中的各项活动中要细心处理点滴小事，爱护孩子的自尊心，应用真诚去打动每个孩子。

四、要有比较扎实的专业素养和团结协作精神。

做一名幼儿教师，第一步就必须了解孩子的心理，孩子的喜怒哀乐都表现在脸上，只要你留心观察，就会发现孩子的不同性格特征，以便于因材施教。

像有的孩子爱哭，有点儿爱娇气，要让他学着坚强一点；有的孩子比较内向，不爱说话，要多引导他，帮他树立信心，多鼓励；有的孩子很霸道，不喜欢分享，什么东西都抢到自己手里。

所以要多组织孩子们在一起游戏、共同做一件事，来培养他们的团结合作精神。

这样的情况还有很多很多，我就不一一举例了。

第二步要学会调动孩子的积极性、求知欲，孩子都爱玩，对新鲜的事物都会产生好奇心，怎么能把要学的知识融入到游戏中，让孩子又学了，又玩了，这是需要我们不懈努力的。

第三步要学会和家长沟通。

家长是孩子的第一任老师，如果家长能配合老师工作，在家严格要求孩子，不娇纵孩子，这样教学活动会开展得更顺利，孩子会进步的更快。

如现在幼儿园普遍都在实施的：家园联系手册、家访活动和亲子活动，都是我们幼儿园和家长沟通的好方法。

第四步是要有集体意识。

独木不成林，滴水不成冰。

一个人的力量是有限的...

平时日常生活中，孩子都非常在乎老师对他的态度，如：在排队过程中，孩子都喜欢主动去牵着老师手去站队，这时给孩子一个微笑，孩子都会兴奋不已。

所以有时，老师的一个拥抱，一个微笑，摸摸他的小脑袋，拉拉他的小手，和他聊天，你都会收获到意想不到的效果。

第三，一名优秀教师，她要很有耐心地观察孩子，关心幼儿的需要，是一个细心的观察者，教师要根据孩子的需要和观察所得，建立一个适合孩子发展的环境、空间，特别是在生活方面，教师更要细心的观察，比如：在饭前洗手、饭后漱口等，要观察到每位孩子是否能够做到了，同时也让孩子养成一个良好生活习惯。

第四，教学技能、技巧，是我们幼儿教师，传统的教学方式是无味的，幼儿被动地接受教师的灌输。

新《纲要》中指出：幼儿园应以游戏为基本活动寓教育于生活和游戏之中。

采用灵活多样的教学方式，注重在游戏、生活中教育幼儿，玩中学，学中玩，调动幼儿学习的主动性和积极性，使幼儿真正成为学习的主人。

总之，幼儿教师要不断地充实自我，然后才能提高综合素质，成为一名优秀的幼儿教师。
