it is unrealistic for a person to only work for one company and be loyal to that one company for the whole of their life. reasonable flow of workers is good for building a company with a team full of energy. but leaving a company collectively for unnecessary or forced reasons, or lack of loyality, or even for revenge, will bring great harm to the company. and the biggest impact will be the loss to management team is likely to cause a decline in production or even halt in production. the negative impact brought to the company by groups of workers leaving is undeniable, these negative impacts are huge and long-term.the aim of this research is to find out how severe and how long-term the impacts these kind of events have on the organisation. this document will use some famous examples together with research done by well-known experts to analyse these events; aiming to look at the negative impacts of workers collectively leaving the company, and to make clear the nature of workers leaving collectively, and the reason behind it. and in result find out the precautions and how to prevent these kind of events and also, how to counter them if these events do occur.
