那大烧饼不知道看没看人家的提问~还上大学?~LZ问的是培训,你扯淡扯得太远了,什么每天20单词,人家是给员工培训~估计又是个粘贴派~要么就是题目没看明白。我有,我以前在东方君悦做过,不过,都是英语培训和相关岗业培训的文字版本~得有两公斤~真不蒙你~我也做过酒店培训师,给员工培训过,给你些建议吧。首先你没说清楚是给什么岗位员工培训,餐厅服务员?前台?还是厨师?员工水平不齐是正常的,但你要给自己培训定个目标,培训后他们至少可以达到什么标准,什么地步。这个是关键。例如:培训餐厅员工:一般的待客英语用语是必须发材料人手一份给他们的。基本对话,每个餐厅特色菜的英文另外要附加一些虾,酒水,还有蔬菜的英文名称。不需要太多,常用的就几十个而已(针对非五星级别饭店)万一客人问起原料,拿什么做的,必须得有知道的~不能事事都找经理吧?顺序:先发最简单待客用语,这个哪都有下载的,外面还有卖的英语餐厅用语,摘抄一些就可以。然后下次培训可以逐步加难度,要求掌握尽量多的餐厅各个菜品以及蔬菜水果名称。培训前台:这个一般业务性比较强,不知道你是否能胜任。主要是找情景对话给他们。让他们背熟了。前台各个业务流程等遇到的相对英文名称,要他们熟悉。其他的都好说。康乐部~照旧,估计你们那就算有康乐部,也用不到太深的英语用语。告诉员工,微笑最主要,谁都有听不懂的时候。别忘了给俺加分~~~
