国际贸易说白还是一种交易，跟你去小卖部买根冰棍，或者店家去批发市场批发，批发市场从厂家拿货，等等这些都是一个道理，所以说在国际贸易中，不同的公司有不同的流程条款等。大致的流程是先谈好产品的细节：如价格，质量水准，所用材料，数量，包装；再到付款方式，如TT,信用证等，其他诸如交期，运输方式，质量保证...， 一般不会是在最后一封邮件里面写的，都是前后联系了很久沟通了很久，比如邮件，电话，传真这些方式。 当所有的细节都确定差不多的时候，双方会签订合约，会有个模板，反复确认修改后，双方都统一签订盖章，就算是下好订单了。不知道你所说需要什么样的邮件复制给老师看？再者合同双方正常签订的合同都是有保密性质的，也不方便把合同提供给你吧，你说呢？有时候老师自己并没有做过外贸业务，但是却在教学生国际贸易的情况也大有人在。简洁点的邮件，比如说我方盖好章扫描传给客人，那么信件的主要内容可能是：Dear XXX,Thanks for your email.Attached please find the scanned PI (or Contract ) with signature for your reference.Please kindly confirm us by return with stamp(or signature).Thanks for your cooperation in advance.Best regards,YYYY那么客人收到邮件打开附件发现没有问题后，会签字，或者盖章回传给你。如果是扫描件那么邮件可能只有一句话。如：Dear YYY,pls find the signed PI for your reference.B.rgs,XXX. 如果是合同是通过传真发送的，那么对方也会传真回传，根本就不需要再有邮件。有问题发消息给我，看看能否帮到你。
