全球战略的优点在于能集中力量建立公司统一的竞争优势：1、能将其生产经营设施安排在最有利的国家内，或集中或分散，并对他们的战略行动统一协调。2、能将位于不同国家的活动连接起来，及时转移在技术开发、管理创新上的成果，更充分地利用公司的核心竞争力，还可选择在何处挑战竞争对手最为有利，这些都便于公司建立持久的竞争优势。全球战略的缺点：是难于适应各东道国的特点，适应各国不同的情况。关于全球化的利与弊经济全球化具有二重性。 一方面，经济全球化是生产社会化和现代生产力发展的产物，反过来，它具有促进生产力提高和全球经济发展的巨大作用。在经济全球化的条件下，各国可望在全球经济密切交往中实现资源优势互补，发挥各自优势；可望科技成果在全球快速传播；可望为发展中国家提供实现“后发优势”的宝贵机遇；可望更好地解决环境、资源、人口等人类共同面临的问题。 另一方面，经济全球化是在发达资本主义国家主导下进行的，不可避免地存在着弊端。 其一，经济全球化包含着市场经济的全球化，市场经济所具有的盲目性、自发性、滞后性等缺点也被全球化了。 其二，以美国为首的西方资本主义大国利用经济全球化推行经济霸权主义和强权政治，在全球范围内实施资源的不公平分配和不平等的国际贸易。由此，发达国家是最大的受益者，发展中国家总体上处于不利的位置，南北差距加大了。 其三，局部危机极易引起全球化的动荡甚至危机。 经济全球化既是机遇，又是挑战。一方面，经济全球化给每个国家都提供了更为宽广的舞台，另一方面，由于不合理的旧的国际经济秩序的存在，发达国家与发展中国家的矛盾激化。

Globalization`s dual power Globalization has found a significant place in the lives of the people.During the process of globalization, we have made a bridge where ideas and beliefs can cross the borders, and the walls of distrust and the barriers of suspicion between countries have gradually disappeared.
Though globalization is seen as a sign of a hopeful future by some, there are others who believe that it can cause a horrible disaster for the world economy.Counties benefit a lot from globalization, especially the developing countries.
With it, there is a global market for companies to trade their products which can make the production sector develop rapidly.This gives lots of options to the manufacturers as well.
Besides, competition keeps prices relatively low and it can provide a wider range of options for people, to choose from among the products of different nations.In addition, there is a sound flow of money, as a result, inflation is less likely to occur.But the disadvantages brought by globalization cannot be ignored.
Globalization is causing Europeans to lose their jobs as work is being swerved to the Asian countries.
The cost of labor in the Asian countries is low as compared to other countries which is often argued that poor countries are exploited by the richer countries where the work force is taken advantage of and low wages are implemented.
Moreover, companies are as opening their counterparts in other countries which can result in transferring the quality of their product to other countries, thereby increasing the chances of poor quality.
Simply put, globalization is an ongoing process of integration of regional economies into global network of communication which the human being cannot hold back.toward it, take good use of it and avoid disadvantages at the same time.
Thus there will be a better world where all the people can have a brighter future.
