She cooked for her husband and 10 children. But whenever guests came, she and other female family members had to eat by the stove in the small kitchen. After grandpa passed away, she had to listen to my uncle, her eldest son, fulfilled her duty as daughter, wife, and mother; yet as a person, she remained little noticed. At home, I make decisions together with the rest of the family. In school, I often take charge of various activities the same as other boys and girls. Not only that, I can see something granny could not have dreamed of─making decisions for my own future. My life has been a series of decisions. I could choose from several universities as I came out of high school. At university, I could choose from a range of subjects from English literature to business law. is patience, tenacity, perseverance is perseverance, perseverance is a kind of toward the goal diligently pursue the process, a destination never give up the spirit! 　　life is not easy, there are test; life is not smooth, often need to exercise. cannot persist in their pursuit for ideal, can't keep on carving to efforts, will be without a single success. 　　the development of training, in the face of10 meters of rock climbing and bungy jumping, all the students without fear, the courage to climb, especially some female students to overcome the physiological and psychological aspects of persistent limit, climb, bent upward; we are going forward, courageously try to be the first performance, and take concrete actions to interpret the essence and connotation of perseverance! 　　one persistent tenacity is strong from the need of necessary conditions. in the face of adversity is from, in the face of difficulties do not bow their heads, is a heroic performance. ancient cloud: adversity makes a man wise, what makes a hero. the setback and the attack for the strong is the driving force and pressure, is succeand victory! as everyone knows, he was arrested and his book; zhong ni and qu yuan banished for spring and autumn; ode to a left thalamic blindness, mandarin; sima qian; the" historical records" prison; beethoven wrote" moonlight sonata". be too numerous to enumerate examples, but the truth is only one, it is perseverance! 　　in his daily sailing kolumb diary is always written with such a sentence:" we keep going!" this sentence may seem trivial, but contains a profound truth. with this advance courageously spirit, they marched towards the vast sea, acrothe tempestuous waves, after savage wilderness, overcome go through untold hardships, finally found a new continent, completed the history of an amazing feat! 　　have one words of song, everyone for having heard it many times," no experience of wind and rain, how to see rainbow!" the road of life is not smooth, but carries a beautiful dream, just stick to the direction of life, they will be able to create their own or even human miracle! 　　finally, i would like to use a poem: 　　ugly bat with thousands of years of hard work was to win the praise of the poet 　　a buffalo with a million works won the painter's green eyes, 　　we are not born for fame and live to die,we are for the faith and to fight song! 　　thank you. 　　英语教师即兴演讲稿5 　　尊敬的各位领导、各位老师： 　　大家下午好! 　　首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。 　　记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种.种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议： 　　一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。 　　自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗?在培养学生学习兴趣方面，我做了如下工作： 　　(一)、用爱去灌溉学生。 　　首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得2004年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。 　　(二)、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。 　　每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学习状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六(1)班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学习积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday?”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧?好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗?”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学习无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗?我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学习注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果 　　二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学习方法。 　　不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗?学生学得开心吗?学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练习的机会。 　　三、培养良好的学习习惯。 　　(一)、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。 　　为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学习成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学习习惯，分小组学习，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练习题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。 　　(二)、课后补差工作。 　　班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学习习惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。
