麻辣香锅的英文 hot-spicy pot,直译Spicy hot pot。麻辣香锅步骤1.木耳、腐竹事先用清水泡发,木耳清洗干净后去掉根蒂,撕成小块、腐竹切小段2.其他各种蔬菜清洗干净,该去皮的去皮,再改刀成块状或片状3.准备各种肉类,然后五花肉切片、葱姜切片、切丝备用,香肠切片,蟹柳切段4.准备各种调料,红辣椒和干辣椒切碎、豆瓣酱剁碎5.烧开一锅水,水中放一小勺盐,分别将各种蔬菜入锅焯熟,捞出后控干水分,将虾仁和鱿鱼片也一起焯熟6.锅中放两勺油(和平时炒菜差不多就好),油烧热后,将剁碎的豆瓣酱下锅煸炒,炒出红油7.放红辣椒和干辣椒(辣椒的量随自己喜好),放入五花肉炒熟8.加入葱姜蒜、洋葱、青椒片煸炒9.加入蟹柳、香肠和焯熟的鱿鱼卷和虾仁煸炒10.最后放入焯熟的各种蔬菜11.随个人口味加入半小勺盐、1小勺糖、1小勺辣椒油和少许花椒粉12.最后撒入烤熟的花生和白芝麻13.撒些孜然和香菜即可出锅
