Traditional Culture Won't Be Lost
It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you can't help thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"
Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the evidences they can dig out. Many high school students come to the sensible age, they are desire to be independent, but their parents still treat them like a small baby. When the parents come to the school, the children object to contact with their parents, because if they act like a baby, they will be mocked by the schoolmates. Actually, high school students are almost adults, they should take some action to let their parents realize that they have grown up. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a must. Still, everything has two sides. Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class, where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually won’t take great effect on them. Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? Generally speaking, life in high school is busy and fulfilling, due to the ultimate goal---College Entrance Examination. For one thing, I’m a person who is afraid of loudiness. So I would like to live with other 3 persons rather than myself alone. Moreover, I can learn how to communicate with others and help each other if I live with other people. I also can make more friends in the university.
Secondly, even though there is no single cleaning facility in the dormitory, it can help me adapt myself to the surrounding and learn how to live in harmony with others. What’s more, although I’m a person who loves freedom, I hope the dormitory life could make my life more regular and meaningful.
Last but not 高二 least, the fees of the dormitory is far cheaper than the renting room. Choosing the former one will make easier to me to afford it by myself.

My View on Hobby
Everybody has his own hobby. Hobbies not only make our life colorful, but also bring us lots of benefits.
