Yesterday was Sunday， I didn’t go to school， but I was busy.

In the morning， I got up at eight o’clock， then I ate breakfast. After breakfast， I cleaned my room， it was dirty but it is clean now.In the afternoon， I played badminton with my friends. In the evening， my sister and I ate some cookies， ice cream and drank some juice and milk， but I didn’t like chocolate. After finishing my homework， I watched TV and listened to music.

I had a good time last Sunday！

When I was small, I was taught that we should help others, though it was not our duty, we should take no hesitation to do it. Today, the economy develops, but people become selfish, they care so much about their benefit, when it comes to help others, some will ask if there is a reward.

It seems that they need some temptation to take the kind act. In my opinion, we should help others without asking a reward, when we help others, we will have the sense of satisfaction, what’s more, once we are in the trouble, people will help us, it is the best return.

We are not alone, helping each other makes the world become beautiful.

I have a happy family. There are three people in my family, my father, mother and me. My father is a businessman. He is always busy with his work and he often goes to business trips.

But when he is free, he stays with us. My mother is a worker. She works hard, too. She works hard to take care of our home. I love my parents.

It was a fine day today. We went to visit the Yakult Milk Factory.

At nine o’clock we all meet at the playground. We went there by school bus. When we got there, we watched a short cartoon.

It is the introduction of the Yakult milk. And we also drank a bottle of Yakult milk too. It is so delicious. After that they showed us around the workshops. It is so clean and quiet. Most of them are machines.

There are a few workers in this factory. It is the first time for me to see such a mechanical factory.

At noon, we went to the MacDonald’s for lunch.

Today was a happy day for me.

The internet is becoming more and more important in our daily life，we can use it to learn many different kinds of languages and play many interesting games.

On the internet ,we have a great time playing computer games.And now more and more people do shopping on the internet.You can imagine if the internet disappears,what will happen:people wont have a quick way to send information,children will lose many interests......Its terrible ,isnt it?

Internet makes us happy and relaxed,but it also has many disadvantages.For example,nowadays,more and more children spend time playing computer games istead of doing homework.And because of the internet ,peopledont have chance to talk with others face to face any more.

I think we should do these things:

First,dont spend too much time playing computer games.Second,if you have played computer games for a long time,have a rest please.Finally,use the internet correctly.It will be very helpful to us.

I believe that if we do these, our life will become more convenient and happier.
