严格地说，英国英语是念类似扑浪特，美国英语是念扑烂特。咱们国家公立学校系统其实都是用的老式教育法，教英式英语，可是社会上却提倡美式英语。我来美国十年了，回国一看，发现国内英美读音混杂，误人子弟。建议国家统一，要么都英式，要么都美式。
