However, studying abroad may have disadvantages such as language barrier in the first few months or financial difficulties before getting a scholarship. In spite of these, the advantages greatly outweigh the disadvantages. It is advisable to attend schools abroad.

My View on Study Abroad
Nowadays, study abroad has increasingly become a hot topic in campus with the improvement of the people’s life standard and the fast development of student exchange programs.
Attending schools abroad has many advantages so a lot of students want to study abroad. In my opinion, study abroad is a great opportunity for us to be exposed to more new ideas and trends, it can broaden our horizons in a great degree too. We can learn much more advanced knowledge of science and technology from the foreign countries. If we can study abroad we will get more in touch with the foreign cultures and have a better surrounding to learn foreign language well, we can enjoy the contact with new and different cultures so as to increase the awareness of our own culture. What's more, if we can study abroad we will be able to act as mediators between peoples of different cultures in order to promote international understanding. In addition, as far as I am concerned, study abroad is a better choice for those who depend on their parents too much to be independent.
As mentioned above, it is obvious that study abroad has a lot of advantages, while it’s essential to take the condition of family as an important premise when deciding to go abroad to study.
