办公室护士工作职责

1．办公室护士由副护士长、护师或具有高度责任感的高年资护士承担。

2．负责接待新入院病人、安排床位，保持办公室整齐、清洁。

3．执行医嘱及时、准确，签名字迹清楚，如有疑问及时提出，负责抄写治疗单、护理单、服药单等。

4．组织查对医嘱、严格执行三查七对，避免差错事故的发生。

5．负责各种办公用品、表格文件、医疗器械的准备补充。

6．负责记帐收费工作。

7．填写日报表、整理医疗文件，督促检查护士工作。

治疗护士工作职责

1、负责治疗工作的护士，操作前应着装整齐、洗手、修剪指甲、操作时戴口罩。

2、备齐各种治疗用品、药品，并有标志，做好分类存放，保证无过期失效，每日清点，认真交接班。

3、负责长期、临时的静脉输液、输血、肌肉注射等治疗的准备工作。操作中要严格遵守无菌操作规程。

4、严格执行消毒隔离制度，按时执行日程、周程。

5、及时、正确执行医嘱，做到三查七对。长期医嘱要按时执行，临时医嘱要及时执行，抢救病人时，执行医嘱要迅速、及时。

6、用过的输液器：注射器等，需经初步消毒后方可送供应室。

7、做好医用垃圾的分类处理。

8、督促检查工作人员严格执行治疗室制度。

9、保持治疗室的清洁、卫生、整洁并做好保洁工作。

护士，是指经执业注册取得护士执业证书，依照本条例规定从事护理活动，履行保护生命、减轻痛苦、增进健康职责的卫生技术人员。护士被称为白衣天使。

1、护士一词来自钟茂芳1914年在第一次中华护士会议中提出将英文Nurse译为“护士”，大会通过，沿用至今。工作时必须脱下便服穿护士服。

b 护士在执业活动中，发现患者病情危急，应当立即通知医师；在紧急情况下为抢救垂危患者生命，应当先行实施必要的紧急救护。

c 护士应当尊重、关心、爱护患者，保护患者的隐私。

d 护士有义务参与公共卫生和疾病预防控制工作。发生自然灾害、公共卫生事件等严重威胁公众生命健康的突发事件，护士应当服从县级以上人民政府卫生主管部门或者所在医疗卫生机构的安排，参加医疗救护。
