A secret 不能说的秘密直接翻译为secret即可。 注：A secret不是完整的句子。 头一次见到这种补充问题。 没错的，secret 就是秘密，秘密就是不能说的。如果还要加‘深’的话，可以说为a secret cannot be told. 我认为a secret最正确!
