当你认同某人的观点、或者想肯定回答他人问题时，certainly这个词可以帮到你。
-Can I have that document by this afternoon?
我可以今天下午就拿到那个文件吗？
-Certainly.
当然可以！
2、Modify 修改
change（改变），人的本性都是不愿意change的，所以这个change带给人的语气难免会有一种"不爽、不愿意"的感觉，就算是要修改计划/形成/需求等，就算是一件不值得庆祝的事情，我们也可以适当的换一个词---Modify（修改），它的语气会更加温和，不会给人一种"我要改变很多东西"的感觉，不会给人"要增加工作量"的感觉。
平常我们所说的We need to change the way we deal with our customers. 就可以改成We need tomodify the way we deal with our customers. （我们需要改变和顾客的相处方式）。
3、Complication 复杂
和上面的change性质一样，没有人喜欢在工作中遇到Problem（问题）！老板遇到问题要等你解决、顾客遇到问题要等你回复、产品出现问题要等你解决等，这些问题都是大家不喜欢遇到的，这是人的本能---怕麻烦！一听到problem各种头大，如果尝试着将problem换成complication，或许听上去的感觉事态会没那么“严重”。
There's a problem with your order. 我们就可以换成There's a complicationwith your order. （你的订单出了点问题）。
