1.语法书：[英语语法新思维中级教程].张满胜：学员经常问，于是我翻看了下电子版，觉得确实不错，推荐看看；或者[语法学]张道真实用英语语法。这个很基础很基础了，例句特别简单。建议看看语法书，再多结合外刊好好感悟这些语法知识点。

2.单词：单词的重要性：学员原话；“考试后凭着记忆，查了下当时完全不理解的几个词汇，发现全是雅思和GRE词汇，所以增大词汇量是王道啊！”“但是有好多词真心不认识啊，结合上下文猜、用各种技巧都没用，因为划线词和替换词都不认识。所以考完想着我一定要背单词了。”

高斋翻译学堂雒老师Joy有话说：可是怎么背单词，各有各的法子，推荐几个法子：一是直接背单词书，如果要选择这种方式背单词，那就反反复复看，最少看上6遍-10遍才能记住。

二是看外刊，我们今年高斋CATTI和MTI全年班也有每日单词和热词，很多是我从外刊里面找的单词，结果我看了下综合学生的单词回忆版，结果好多在那里面，所以通过看外刊，我们就可以知道卫报、扭腰等外刊使用的高频单词了。我特别赞同这位综合考了87分的学员的说话，多看外刊。

It functions purposefully and exactingly. It is thought that is disciplined, comprehensive, based on intellectual standards, and, as a result, well-reasoned.Critical Thinking is distinguishable from other thinking because the thinker is thinking with the awareness of the systematic nature of high quality thought, and is continuously checking up on himself or herself, striving to improve the quality of thinking. As with any system, critical thinking is not just a random series of characteristics or components. All of its components — its elements, principles, standards and values — form an integrated, working network that can be applied effectively not only to academic learning, but to learning in every dimension of living. Critical thinking’s most fundamental concern is excellence of thought. Critical thinking is based on two assumptions: first, that the quality of our thinking affects the quality of our lives, and second, that everyone can learn how to continually improve the quality of his or her thinking. Critical thinking implies a fundamental, overriding goal for education in school and in the workplace: always to teach so as to help students improve their own thinking. As students learn to take command of their thinking and continually to improve its quality, they learn to take command of their lives, continually improving the quality of their lives. 【第二篇】Clean Your Furnace FilterA dirty filter makes your furnace work harder, so cleaning or replacing yours can cut your heating costs by as much as five percent. Beyond the savings, clean filters keep dust and mold spores out of your house, helping reduce allergy symptoms. They can also prevent more expensive maintenance work or even the failure of your furnace. Step One: Turn off power to the furnace, either from the circuit breaker or the switch at the furnace itself. Step Two: Vacuum around the base of furnace. The furnace blower draws air from the room, so any lightweight material around the furnace can get drawn into the filter, shortening its life. Step Three: Remove the filter. The filter's location varies between furnace models, but a safe place to start is the service panel located at the front. No tools should be necessary, and the panel, which you should find below the return-air duct, will either lift or slide out. In some cases you may need a screwdriver to remove it.Noting how the filter is positioned, in particular the directional arrows on the filter frame, remove and inspect it for dust build-up. Step Four: Determine if the filter can be reused.A cardboard frame indicates the filter is disposable and should be replaced with one for your specific make and model of furnace (even during periods of low use, no more than three months should pass between filter changes). A plastic or metal frame means it can be cleaned and reused. Vacuum the mesh, spray it clean with a hose and let it dry. If the plastic frame or mesh is torn, the filter should be replaced.
