英语角话题初学

1、到英语国家。能到英语国家去练习英语，直接与英语本族人交流当然是最佳的选择，但能够这样做的人为数并不多。有的人在英语国家生活了几年乃至十几年，照样说不好英语。如果学习方向和方法得当，不去英语国家一样可以学好英语。关键在于解决跟谁学，学什么，怎么学这几个问题。此外，学以致用，学习和练习有机地结合，并持之以恒才有效果。学到的技能如果不大量练习，久而久之一定会忘记。 2、到英语角。如果去英语角的目的是学习就不对了。其实应该把那里当作练习英语表达的地方，在那里充分展示自己，建立起说英语的信心，锻炼自己与不同的人说英语的胆量和能力。去那里要的是一种志同道合的氛围。如果没有时间去，你还可以自言自语，把自己想象成两个人在对话。 通过电影学英语：轻松快乐提升英语听力、口语。 对于英语听说能力的学习者，学好英语，必须要有一个明确的英语学习计划，看电影学英语是最佳的方法，因为电影或美剧的发音是最清晰的，语境生活化，适合练听力和模仿语音，只要认真地有兴趣的学习，那么效率一定是最高的。

四、 Holidays

1. What is your favorite Chinese holiday? Which Western holiday most interests you?

2. Do you think holidays are very significant? What meanings are expressed by such holidays as National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, Spring Festival and Thanksgiving?

3. What is the history of your favorite Chinese holiday? (For example, what‟s the history of Dragon Boat Festival?)

六、 Family

1. Describe your family, and tell your group a story about your family from your childhood.

2. Who do you think should have the highest authority in the home- the husband, the wife, or both equally share authority? If you think both should have equal authority, how should they make decisions on where to work or live if they don‟t agree with each other?

3. What do you expect to do to take care of your parents when they grow old? What do you expect your child to do for you when you get old?

七、 Cities

1. Describe your hometown, and tell your group 3 things you like about your hometown and three things you don‟t like about it.

新东方等英语培训机构都有开设口语课程。我知道新东方有一个酷学酷玩的夏令营，里面有很多营，其中就包括口语营，还有外教，活动很多，还不错，而且也不贵。不过，作为英语专业的我来说，我建议还是自己多读多练，如果你是要考托福什么的，可以找外教陪练，但是如果你只是初学者或英语的词汇量还不是很大，那么建议你可以模仿英文磁带，光盘里的录音，或看看英文电影，模仿里面的台词，这样比较实际。因为我看到很多学生面对外教，如果外教也不懂中文的话，根本就是存在沟通障碍，鸡同鸭讲。所以说，还是要自己的口语水平达到一定高度了，再去找外教练习。祝你成功！
