be reluctant to do sth. (勉强的；不情愿的)be unwilling to do sth (不愿意的；勉强的；不情愿的)或者：be not willing to do sth

loath...更强调不愿意,就是不愿意…re...则是强调勉强…就是,还可能做这个事……其实没太大…不过没见过loath做定语的,可能很少用这词…不过搭配都是be adj to do
