大意是：2012年11月5日收到代表DP的付款（日内瓦币），在上述规定的交易限期内。我们已经确认通知S.A.C将相应金额的付款发给生产厂商。按照协议，生产商将会对贵公司或最终用户及时正确履行供应条款负责，包括（但不限于）货物的发运/质量/数量/性能。因此，贵公司/最终用户和货物相关的生产商之间的问题由贵公司/最终用户和生产商之间解决，与我公司和/或S.A.C无关。（贵公司/最终用户：有可能是你公司，此时两者是一个意思。也有可能你提供给别人，这时就是两个公司。）

I just made a reservation in your hotel and paid the room cost by credit card via the third part agency website--Formytrit（my booking number is XXX ,and my check-in date is Feb 14th, 2013. ）. However, unfortunately I don’t get any confirmation email and the booking information can not be found in my booking page.Could you help me double check and let me know my booking and payment status?In addition, this time I will bring my family to Thailand ,which including my parents who are more than 70 years old and my 4-year-old kid. My family all expect the exciting trip and the wonderful hotel experience.
