单词是一切的基础，要把整个高中阶段的单词都记熟，可以采取每天记数个单词，频繁复习的方法。有些促进记忆的音乐会有帮助，比如巴洛克音乐，针对α波的音乐等等，一搜就有了。语法方面力挺《五年高考三年模拟B版》，主要看定语从句，非谓语动词，介词这几个部分，这几个部分占了单选、完形和改错的大部分分值。固定用法什么的能背则背，没有时间的话就不用管了，占分不多。阅读方面，尽量坚持每天做几篇，从浅到深。如果实在打不起兴趣，可以找一本感兴趣的，难度适中的英文书（要求每页有3-5个生词，语句不拗口，必须是全英，不能是中英对照），每天睡前读几页，坚持几个月，阅读的理解能力会有很大提高。课文浓缩了语法点，应当重视。如果没有时间就不用背，每天朗读，尤其是语法点很多的段落。听力方面，建议平时听些唱词清楚、发音标准的英文歌，几个月下来会发现越听越轻松，大部分都能听出来了。另外，要做些高考听力的练习，如果不做真题，一定要买高考听力主播出的练习。综合起来，早上稍微早起一会儿，读一篇课文。到学校直到上课的这段时间，可以背单词，这时学习的氛围很好。上学放学以及平时休息的过程中可以听歌。阅读每天做几篇，睡前读几页英文书。每周定几个日子做听力练习，阅读、完形、听力三者穿插也是不错的办法。
