空姐的英语要保证基本的听和说的能力，英语不好可以自己找一些空乘英语的广播词还有自我介绍模板自己多练习，因为还有面试最后还有英语机考。如果学不好的话，也可以去外面学习

空姐的标准、首先最重要的是你的综合素质。例如：身高，长相，气质，身体没有明显疤痕，然后再看你的说话表达能力要有亲和力，英语也是要考核的，基本的礼貌用语，服务用语要熟练对答，对于更高要求的英语对话，是你已经可以够资格飞国际航线，那是要求比较高的，当然待遇也会更好一些。所以现在就要努力练习口语吧，希望我的解答能对你有所帮助。
