足球中各个位置的英文是：

1、守门员Goalkeeper

守门员是足球运动比赛队员的位置名称。位于球门前，是球队的最后一道防线。主要任务是守卫球门不让球进入。由守转攻时，则用快速、准确的传球组织发动进攻。

是球队中可在罚球区内用手处理球的队员，在争夺罚球区内的高空球时起到第三中卫的作用，亦是整支队伍防守和反击不可或缺的中坚力量。

2、边后卫Fullback

边后卫，后卫的打法，有以下几种：四后卫、五后卫、三后卫。边后卫（Fullback），是负责球场两侧防守的球员。 他们主要任务是阻碍对方球员把球从边线传入禁区。在某些防守体系里，他们也会负责盯防。大多数边后卫都会后上助攻传中，令球队的进攻方式更立体。

3、中后卫Center Back

足球运动术语，位置处于守门员的前方及左右后卫之间，活动范围在于中后场，属于全队防守力量的核心，主要职责是阻止对方球员策动攻势并同时封锁在对方控球之下进入本方的禁区位置。

4、前卫Midfielder

前卫是足球运动球员的位置，前卫位于中场，球队进攻时前卫是球队衔接后防组织进攻的基础，同时也是控制比赛节奏的核心。

5、中锋Central Forward

足球位置的一种，是全队进攻的尖刀和主要得分手。活动范围主要在前场对方禁区附近。主要职责是，利用熟练的过人技术和突破能力，突破对方的防线，寻找和制造战机，射门得分，或为同伴创造良好的得分机会。由攻转守时，也需积极封抢，阻扰对方的进攻组织。

6、边锋Wing Forward

一般是指足球运动中前锋的一种，边锋不仅需承担起边路进攻的职责，而且通过交插换位要完成多种战术任务。著名的边锋有C罗、华金、奥维马斯、扎加洛等。
