到O1S英语，ABC添下英与，多恩加英语去吧！可以从零基础学起，他们比较注重实际应用能力.好.，在那待过短时间，感觉还不错，他们是快速英语速成教材，一对一家教式教学， 还使我拥有了美国人的思维，而且纠正了我的发音，而且这个学习起来很方便，不用你跑来跑去学习，可以通过一些新颖的学习模式来增加自己对英语学习的兴趣。以下是我的建议：既然是练习口语，会话书是少不了的。找一本比较接近生活的会话读本，要求对话自然，最好里面的场景都是你自己经历过或者不是太陌生的。更重要的是，要有对应的声音源，即会话磁带或mp。这样口语练习的基本材料就有了。这些东西有了，就要开始全面运用读本了，首先，先把一个对话彻底搞懂，搞明白，然后开始跟着磁带朗读，先慢慢朗读，认真模仿磁带里的人的语音语调，揣摩他们的连读方法，尽量模仿地惟妙惟肖。语速开始不要太快，不要急着跟上朗读者，先慢慢来，等到每个音节都能把握了，再逐渐提高速度，知道和朗读者同步为止。一个对话不会太长，等你模仿到和朗读者差不多一样的时候，基本上对话内容也就了然于心了，所以，不必去刻意背诵你的对话材料。原因是，如果死背对话，你会受到课本用词的限制，不利于以后的发挥（当然，为写作而背诵范文是另外一回事）。内容搞懂了，语音关也过了，就可以抛开课本，开始一人扮演两个角色，或多个角色，来演绎对话，要像演员一样地去揣摩角色，把自己融入到场景当中去，认认真真地把对话内容演一遍。第一次可能不是很流畅，没有关系，再来一次，知道自己可以驾驭对话内容为止。就这样，一个对话一个对话的推进，一本书下来，保证有很大的提高。另一方面，再练习对话的同时，不要忽略了听力练习，因为听说是相辅相成的，一方面输入正确的声音源，在头脑中建立正确的语音形象和习惯用法，另一方面打通出口，能够顺利地讲话，这样就可以形成良性循环，慢慢地效果就显出来了。最后，别迷恋什么俚语以及所谓最原汁原味地英语，没有基础，这些都是空中楼阁，没用的。还有就是戒骄戒躁，不能拔苗助长，按部就的来，用不了多长时间就会有收获的。这是我的建议，希望对你有帮助。

首先，我们要明白学习英语绝不是看一部动画片，不是一蹴而就的事。要想不下一番苦功夫、不费一点力气就能学好英语，那是绝对办不到的。因此，我们学习英语时，一定要有信心，要有耐心，循序渐进地坚持学习下去，这样才会有收获。
