score用于学校考试成绩很口语化。mark也可以指分数。grade比较正式吧。我个人倾向于give a high/poor score的这种表述方式，很口语很舒服。但如果你不是学生，是指业绩的话，merit好些，因为绩效工资有merit pay的说法。
