1 Everybody has his dream job. I also have my dream job. My dream is to work for foreign tourists as a tour guide.Why do I want to be a tour guide? First of all, I'm an outgoing girl, and I like doing some exciting things. Maybe being a tour guide is the best choice. If I become a tour guide, I can travel all around China, and know more about our country. Then I will tell the foreign tourists about our colorful history. Second, I like making friends. Ideals inspire and satisfy ours conception of what is perfect, however ideals are merely existing in our imagination but not likely to become a reality. With the inspiration of ideals, we have the principle and value of our lives, we can set our ideals as a goal and pursue it actively. If ideals are our long-term objectives, then we need medium-term objectives and short- term objectives. You have to set your goals appropriately according to your currently situations. A short term goal is something that you can achieve in a short period of time, such as one month or a studying term. It is more like a plan which requires your commitments and efforts to realize. For a teamwork, a short-term goal is vitally important as it is sort of assumed development and progress to your team. A short-term goal for a team normally has a deadline, it means the team has to finish the task within a finite time. A medium-term is more like annual plan or even longer as five-year’s plan. Our government has a Five Year Forward Planning Program, as an individual, we shall also have our own medium-term goals.If we stick with our goals strictly and keep making efforts towards our ideal, one day we will realize our ideal or get very close to our ideal goals.
