Dear Sir,I appreciate the service you have offered except that the courier for our tourist group was late and I was left behind the other day. On that day, I got up late because I stayed up the day before. You know I couldn't go to sleep until 12 o'clock becouse it was too noisy in the hotel. But the next morning I woke up only to find only myself left in the hotel. I phoned the information desk, but I was told all the other tourists had gone to the senic spot and the courier didn't arrive until the group had started. So I was left in the hotel.
