Because the condition and operation reasons, the mother did not have the energy to take care of the company, and therefore lost a very important orders, lost a large sum of money. My feelings and mother is very strong, very worried, so I'm learning state is therefore very affected. Now the operation is complete and very successful. Now the mother's body had been improved, and began to arrange the affairs of the company. And I had two semester of GPA in 3 and above. We hope the school can see in my circumstances let me continue to go to school.

着要看你到哪个国家，要是去美国，我肯定地告诉你：诊断证明书没有用，必须开出生证明书。要是医院坚持不给开，你可以在原籍你父母的单位开一个：“根据我单位档案资料证明：***是我单位###之子，出生于xxxx年xx月xx日。”然后拿着这个证明去公证处办理公证。（单位开出的这个证明有统一格式，你从公证处拿一张就可以了。不要钱。）我的儿子去美国，就是这样办的。因为我是医院院长，当时就从医院开了一份出生证明，拿到公证处，他们说，这个一看就是后来补的。25年前的证明书格式不是这样的。我问怎么办？他们就给了我一张空白证明书，我的单位填好后，盖章。又去公证处办的。
