丁基热熔密封胶 *产品说明： 本产品是以丁基橡胶为基料，添加适量补强剂和增粘剂炼制而成。该产品具有优异的抗紫外光老化、极低的水蒸气透过率和对玻璃与金属有良好的粘接强度等特点。已大量用于中空玻璃的内道密封，其技术性能居国内先进。 *典型用途： 用于中空玻璃的内道密封。 *产品优点： 易施工，具有持久的密封性；色泽光亮。 具有优异的抗紫外光老化、极低的水蒸气透过率和对玻璃与金属有良好的粘接强度等特点。 *技术指标： 项目 指标 密度,g/cm? 1.12±0.05 针入度 1/10mm 25℃ 30～50 130℃ 230～330 剪切强度，Mpa ≥ 0.10 紫外线照射发雾性 无雾 水蒸气透过率，g/㎡?d ≤ 1.1 热失重, % ≤ 0.5 *使用方法： 将铝隔条清洁干净备用。 将丁基热熔密封胶放入挤出机缸内预热到130-140℃，温控器保持恒温后，打出胶条检查均匀不断线时，将胶条涂抹到铝隔条槽上，稍放凉后与干净的玻璃压合成中空玻璃半成品，待涂完外道密封胶并固化后即为中空玻璃成品。 用进口快速打胶机生产时，应将胶筒温度调高10-15℃，并将挤出压力从150Mpa调到170-200Mpa，打出胶条才均匀。 *产品规格： 20Kg/箱，每柱5Kg，直径180mm； 18Kg/箱，每柱4.5Kg，直径160mm。（也可按用户指定规格生产） *注意事项： 取用丁基热熔密封胶时手要清洁干净，胶的表面不要沾入灰尘、油污和溶剂（如丙酮、汽油等） 打胶时可戴不掉毛的手套，进行涂抹操作。接触热胶时小心烫伤，接触胶的手套应干净无毛边或其它易粘在胶上的污染物。丁基热熔密封胶打胶时要控制在160℃以下，严禁在170℃以上打胶，以免胶老化分解。 *储运及运输： 本品应储存在阴凉干燥处，避免日晒、雨淋、远离热源及火源；请勿重压；储存期为二年。本品可按一般化工产品运输。
