中韩达成双边贸易协定The agreement will cover 17 areas including trade in goods and services, investment and trade rules, and topics such as e-commerce and government procurement. Han Duck-Soo is the chairman of the Korea International Trade Association. China and the South Korea officially launched FTA talks in May 2012. Over 90 percent of goods traded will enjoy zero tariffs5, accounting6 for more than 85 percent of the bilateral trade value. The Chinese Commerce Ministry7 says the FTA is the most wide-ranging and affects the most trade volume compared to any other FTA China has signed.
