一般买不到，都是大学学校发的。不过你可以去淘宝上看看，可能网上买得到。但教材教法在教师考试中不会考里面的细节，要靠你平时教学的积累。不过看看总没坏处

如何防止初中英语教学中的两极分化现象随着中小学英语的普及，初中阶段的英语教学中的两极分化现象逐渐突出，直接影响着学生在整个中学阶段的英语成绩，同时也阻碍了初中英语教学质量的提高。因此，如何防止分化，大面积提高教学质量使学生在初中阶段获得较好的成绩，是我们英语教师值得研究讨论并着手解决的问题。针对这些问题，我采取了以下措施：一、注意中小学英语教学的接轨问题为了减少英语学习的两极分化的产生，我们应注意小学与中学英语的接轨问题，尤其是对学生学习策略的培养。小学英语教学以听说为主，单词听写不作为重点，对于大部分学生来说，到了初中一下子要求记这么多单词，不仅要会读，还要会记、会写，加大了教与学的难度。我在接初一年级时特别注意这一方面问题的解决。首先把26个字母认认真真地教读教写。针对Go For It中的前三个单元的每一个重点句，我都把它们编成小对话和小游戏。然后同桌或小组对话练习。同学们的兴趣被调动起来了，那种恐惧和厌恶的情绪也就消失了，尤其在第一学期。然后慢慢调整方法，课堂节奏循序渐进向初中目标靠拢。二、研究教材，把握课堂英语教学和其他学科一样，有严谨的系统性和连贯性。学生在小学中获得的语言技能能否在初中阶段得到继续发展，是防止分化的一个问题，这就给教师提出了一个更高的要求，即力求把教学搞实、搞活。所谓“实”就是讲究实际效果，把教学大纲化为具体的要求，落实到教与学上，对每课的教学计划逐项落实。课堂上，少讲空话、多做实事、精讲多练、以学生为主，对每个单元进行考察、总结，分析存在的问题，及时查漏补缺，帮助学生过关。“活”就是侧重听说训练，把英语课由“讲演课”变成“实践课”，采用展示性的直观教学方法，把学生置于一个讲英语的环境中，使教学与情景相结合，学生在情景中大量实践，很容易掌握所学内容。三、主动学习，激发兴趣中学生这个年龄的特点是：爱说爱动，自我约束、自我控制能力不强。初中学生如果能听懂老师和同学的英语，自己能用英语表达简单的思想，能读懂简单的读物，他们就会感到自己有收获，兴趣就会产生。所以，每堂课都注意让学生有练的内容、有练的时间。每次练习5~10分钟，费时不多收获较大。例如：Go For It教材中每单元都有重点句子，与实际生活相结合让同桌编对话，如七年级下册九单元，How was your weekends?就让学生谈自己、父母、同学等周末活动，并给予评价，学生们谈得绘声绘色，每堂课尽量让学生多说多练，遇到短文的学习我就让他们复述或编写对话进行练习。总之，要尽力了解学生的不同兴趣、能力、性格、气质，掌握学生的心理特征，因人施教。四、发现问题，及时纠正初中英语的教学重点是基础知识和基本技能，因此教学应面向全体学生，争取做到人人达标。在教学过程中，学生在学习中出现差距是不可避免的。一旦出现，就应该找学生谈，分析他们掉队的原因，晓之以理，动之以情，使学生从思想上认识学习英语的重要性，同时给予学习方法的指导，耐心帮助他们补习功课。对于一些掉队的学生，及早指出，说明掉队的严重后果，做到防患于未然。通过调查我们了解到，在学教学中单词是造成两极分化的又一主要原因，这里介绍一种行之有效的办法——单词直拼法，它是华东师大张兼中教授根据我国英语学情而创立的一种教法。直接拼读是根据字母、字母组合的发音规律拼写单词，其教学程序是：音素——单词——字母——音标。他改变了以往的传统英语教学，首先让学生认识字母的读音，进而认知拼读单词。当然我们不能急于求成，应循序渐进，帮助学生建立基本的语音概念。学生自己拼音、读词、听写，减少了字母本身读音的干扰，起到了意想不到的功效。五、提高教师专业素质现代教育正在从“知识中心”向“人本中心”转化，他使教育更关注学生个性充分、自由、自主方面的发展。老师要给学生提供的是学习资源、学习方法和学习氛围。学生英语学习的成败在很大程度上取决于教师的素质，“师者，传道、授业、解惑也”已不能够完全适应现在的教育形式，因而教师必须定位自己，加强学习把自己培养成。“教学+科研”、“知识+技能”的学习型人才。每一位教师在了解当今教育动态的前提下，改变传统守旧的观念，接受人本主义、合作学习的观念，关注学生的个体差异。老师除了学习理论知识，同时还要注重口语、听力、阅读、写作等基本功的提高，还要学习现代教育技术，使其充分发挥课堂教学的辅助作用。总之，只有学生掌握了正确的学习方法，扫清了英语学习中的一切障碍，再加上老师设计的听、说、读、写的情景教学的课堂，学生学习的兴趣一定会越来越浓厚，英语学习的两极分化现象一定会得到很好的解决。
