一、请你公司在接到邀请函后即将公司的资质原件（电力行业叁级及以上）、法人证明、组织机构代码证、营业执照、公司主要业绩等资料报我办工程部备审。

二、在报资料的同时请向我办财务部缴纳谈判保证金壹万元，竞争失败者立即退还保证金，成功者将转为施工履约保证金。

三、我办在收到有关资料和保证金后五个工作日内通知你公司参加谈判的时间和地点。

四、该工程的控制价为33.00万元。

五、采取最低价评定法。有效最低价格的单位中标。

六、中标通知书领取后，保证在甲方规定时间内进场施工。特此邀请
