网络电台简介：
在网络上搭建的电台。网络电台把传统意义上的电台搬到了网上，在这里没有又重又大的编录设备，有的只是轻便的电脑；没有发射塔，有的只是四通八达的网络；收听电台不用收音机，只要坐在电脑前轻轻点击就能听到主持人的声音。
网络电台是指通过编码器，将电脑里面正在播放的音频或视频数据转换成为可以在Internet上直接传送的格式，而用户登录到电台的网站时，可以下载到经过编码的音频信息，再通过如Realplay或Winamp等相关软件将音频信息转换成声音播放出来。网络电台不需要占用卫星频段和频率资源，其播出效果受网络带宽的影响。
