拍卖会上某些词句英文翻译_Some words at the auction

强制拍卖中,被执行人是可以参加自己被执行的物品的竞买的.拍卖法规定:委托人不得参与竞买,也不得委托他人代为竞买.而在法院强制拍卖中,委托人是人民法院,而不是被执行人.所以被执行人参与自已被执行的物品的竞买并不违法!你在问题中所提的三联商社参与自己被执行的股权的竞买并不违法,所以法院也没必要去阻止其参与竞买!

地道的英文拍卖术语有bidder、seller、bid、auctioneer、pass等。

一、bidder

n. 出价人；投标人

例句：The gold watch goes to the highest bidder.

翻译：金表由出价最高的人买得。

二、seller
