促销员要求口才较好,和顾客沟通能力强,反应敏捷,事业心强,形象健康,个别的商品促销员要有相关的产品知识,其他的要求倒不是很重要.

1、对照执行营业员一日行为规范、服务规范和柜台纪律，服从上级领导的各项工作安排，并接受上级的监督检查，认真完成部门下达的销售指标，并力争超额完成任务；

2、严格遵守企业规章制度和服务规范，接待顾客使用普通话和礼貌用语，做到主动、热情、耐心、周到地接待每一位顾客；

3、对本柜商品的品名、单价、规格、质地、产地、性能、使用和保管方法等要了如指掌，当好顾客参谋，掌握商品知识及销售技巧，热情回答顾客提出的各种问题，促进商品销售，介绍商品时应实事求是，不得做出抵毁其他品牌的行为。

4、维护柜台、货架的商品陈列，做到整洁、丰满、美观，商品的配件搭配要得体、大方，新品、主销品、畅销品等要摆放在显要位置，对顾客造成视觉冲击，从而激起顾客的购买欲望，方便顾客挑选购买；

5、做好柜台内外环境、商品卫生，注意个人卫生，保持仪容仪表整洁，化妆要适度，上班时间统一着装、佩戴工号牌，始终以精神饱满的形象气质展现在顾客面前；

6、定期将所负责的品牌样机给予更换，确保样机无磨损，样机销售后要及时予以打包并做好商品的清洁工作；同时要确保所负责品牌品种的合理库存，每月对每个品种都积极促销，力争使商品动销率达100%，避免不合理库存长期压库。
