教资高中英语面试主要分为三个流程：
结构化问答、试讲和答辩。除结构化问答外，其余流程均需要全英文进行。试讲的题型分为很多，有词汇课、语法课、听力课、作文课等等。答辩也需要英文回答，一般是根据试讲的内容进行提问的，但也有可能不提问。
教师资格证统考高中英语面试做好以下的准备：
1，熟悉人民教育出版社出版的现行高中英语教科书的内容，因为试讲的题目就从教科书的知识点中抽取。高中英语教科书的内容，不但包括课文，也包括练习及附录中的知识。要把这些知识烂熟于心，弄通弄透，才能在试讲中多得分。
2，熟练掌握高中英语教案的写法，因为抽签确定试讲题目后，会给20分钟左右的时间要求现场撰写教案。只有完全掌握了教案写作的路数，写出的教案都会简明扼要，重点突出。
3，考教师资格证必须要有普通话证书的，因为笔试面试都合格之后需要去认定教师资格证，认定时需要有相应等级的普通话证的。普通话达到二乙水平，教授幼儿园课程和中小学语文、英语科目要求是二甲水平。可以在全国各地的语言等级考试中心报考，证书全国通用，终身有效。

参加高考与使用什么教材没有关系，外研版与人教版都是教材而已，单词的顺序可能不一样，但所学的多数单词是一样的，高考不是考教材，而是考纲，使用哪一本教材都要记3500个考纲词汇的。 学外研版的教材，若在山东参加高考，都是考山东出题的试卷啊，不能考全国II卷，一个省的试卷是一样的，不然无法统一选拔了。 教材只是个工具，不是高考全部。建议在山东的话最好用人教版的教材，因为山东大多数使用人教版，教辅也配套啊。希望我的回答对你有帮助。
