首先肯定是问候语，简单举例说一下两个人打电话时的对话，比如说a在接电话，b要找的人不在a：hello!whoisthat?b:hello!thisisb.mayispeakto......?a:sorry,he/sheisn'there.canitakeamessageforyou?b:that'sverykindofyou,pleasetell......that......再比如说b打电话给a，正好要找的人就是ab:hello!mayispeaktoaa:speaking./thisisaspeaking.切记，在电话中切不可用日常生活中的那种问候方式，比如说：“whoareyou？”或“iam...”这样是很不礼貌的。
