用法：接通电话，礼貌的说声：你好，哪位？

例句：

用法：接到陌生人电话时，不知道对方是谁，用于询问：

3、介绍自己。

用法：打电话给对方，用于回答对方询问。

用法：有人打电话说要找某人， 接电话的人正是要找的人。

用法：有人打电话说要找某人，不是要找的人需要转接，这种情况一般出现在外企公司比较多，尤其是前台。

例句：
