Human rights are important privilleges. Many reasons support this. One of the reasons is two heads are better that one, it is more accurate. If the leader don't know what to do, he or she could just simply raise a vote and let the other citizens help him/her out. The second reason is individuality. Individuality is an important issue, without it, the world would be just a big glob of, well, people. The third reason is to follow the trend.
