虽然FRET技术（荧光共振能量转移技术）相当便利而且能够在单分子检测中得到例行应用，但是FRET的效能易受发射分子和接收分子间的距离的影响。后半句中sensitive的意思不是“敏感的”，而应该是“易受影响的”的意思，be sensitive to distance的意思可以译成“易受距离影响”。其实sensitive当成“敏感的”也成，字面意思就是“对于距离很敏感”，也就是“易受距离的影响”的意思了。
