On Sep.29th, we had already arranged an encansement of the shipment and delivered that to warehouse of the ship company. We are supposed to leave on Sep. 30th since I was told by our ship agency. I have no idea where your time comes from but of course there are some occasions, for example, customs inspection, weather and so on, on which the depature is delayed. Anyway, sorry for all the trouble. We will never make that mistake again.

We have cargo loaded in container and sent to carrier's warehouse at 29 Sept.. The expected date of departure was 30, Sept and that was what the shipping agent told me. Would you mind telling me that how you get the time? Of course, maybe that was the case. As we know, there are some inevitable causes such as customs inspection, bad weather, etc. leading to the later departure than expected.
